We are looking for a highly passionate and competent professional, to cover the position of MARKETING COORDINATOR for a 6 months temporary contract.


Reporting to the Marketing Director, the marketing coordinator support the Regional Marketing Director and the other members of the team with the administration of Europe marketing initiatives, miscellaneous projects and general administrative duties. Ensure that marketing actions are assessed and measured to support business development in the Region.


The successful candidate has to handle the following tasks:

- Assist Regional Marketing Director in coordinating various events, communications and marketing activities.
- Participate to European marketing strategies, propose and elaborate budgets and follow-up of implementation of Marketing actions in Europe, ensure achievement of objectives and targets
- Participate to decision and implementation of new-product development and coordinate realization for timely launch of such products
- Coordinate production or implementation of marketing materials. Develop marketing literature, ensuring valid, current and accurate content.
- Designs and implements plans to market exhibitions, events and products. Coordinate realization of such events with del Monte employees and third parties
- Track campaigns; prepare performance analysis reports of post campaign. Execute and analyze results of advertisement and marketing campaigns
- Ensure day to day relationship and communication with Agents (graphic design & art) and other suppliers. Maintain and up-date data base of Agents and control third parties costs
- Create and manage items including item attributes and barcodes based on the requirements of the project and accommodate requests from the Sales team.



- Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
- 5 to 7 years as overall experience in Marketing
- 5+ years of experience as Marketing Coordinator
- Experience in FMCG international company
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of European creative services and media market
- Understanding of Consumer behavior and of consumer needs
- Conversant with market research techniques and methodology
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills
- Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective project management skills.
- Sound understanding of marketing principles.
- Effective understanding of latest technologies and should identify how to apply them in marketing.
- Excellent copywriting skills and should be able to rework technical content for a wider audience.
- Good team player and should meet or exceed team goals.
- Should be able to deliver creative and innovative thoughts.
