Del Monte France is looking for his Finance Department an Accounting Assistant for a temporary contract.

The new candidate will be responsible of these missions :
• Checking and booking of supplier invoices
• Approval of customer invoices
• Preparing payment of invoices, and ensuring payments are approved in accordance with Financial Authority Limits / SOX requirements
• Reviewing aged creditor reports to ensure that suppliers are paid on time and that there are no issues with supplier balances
• Preparing and booking ICV's sent by other intercompany units
• Provide support and cover for Accounts receivable Accountant.
• Booking and payment of Expenses Report

This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract. It could subsequently be transformed into a permanent contract.

Ideal candidate :

- Minimum 1 year of experience on a similar position
- Experience in an international company and/or in the agri-food sector would be a plus
- Diploma in accounting
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge in IT (good use of Excel)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proactivity / autonomy
- Sense of organization
- Adaptable
