Del Monte France is looking for his Finance Department an Accountant for a permanent contract.

The new candidate will have to :
-- Monthly closings:
o Monthly provision entries, depreciation, doubtful customers.
Preparation and entry of payroll entries.
o Monitoring of inventory accounts in relation to management control.
o Entering Interco invoices and reconciling them with other companies in the group.
o Reporting of monthly accounts in the group reporting tools. Analysis of variations in the balance sheet, the income statement and the aged balance.

-- Annual accounts:
o Relations with the auditors.
o Participation in relation with the external accountant in the establishment of the statutory accounts.

-- Tax declarations:
o DEB and VAT declaration.
o Calculation and declaration of CVAE - CFE - TVTS - DADS.

-- Accounting:
o Back-up on the entry of supplier invoices, validation of customer invoices, payment of suppliers.
o Responsible for monitoring supplier payments.
o Monitoring of marketing expenses, rental expenses.
o Entering and paying expense reports.
o Temporarily: Entry of invoices and payment
o Validation of customer invoices

-- Other:
o Calculation of the intra-group transfer price adjustment
o Configuration of certain elements of the ERP (items, warehouses, customers)

This list is not exhaustive.

Ideal candidate :

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accountant (including VAT declarations and DEB)
- Experience in an international company and/or in the agri-food sector would be a plus
- Diploma in accounting
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of finance and IT (good use of Excel)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proactivity / autonomy
- Sense of organization
- Adaptable
