INFORMATIONEN:

 

We are looking for a highly passionate and competent professional, to cover the position of Key Account Manager Foods.

Reporting to and working together with the Senior Sales Manager, this role requires the successful candidate to :

  • Participate to the development of the Business in territory assigned.

  • Ensure that distributors & customers perform according to agreed plan in terms of volume and value.

  • Manage the day to day issues encounter by the customer service team and be the coordinator between the customer service team and the senior sales manager.

  • Prepare P&L study and analysis to support the sales development strategy.

  • Support senior sales manager for products diversification projects and for channel diversification project.


Skills:

  • Excellent negotiations/commercial skills with proven tracks of successful development at an international level

  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them in to practical solutions

  • Proven organization skills

  • Excellent analytical skills: able to analyse results and identify and explain any variance from targets

  • Ability to follow and ensure compliance with operational processes

  • Excellent team working and team developing ability

  • Fluent English speaking

  • Ability to travel

 

Qualifications:

Master degree in Business school with minimum 3/5 years of sales experience in B2B preferably in an international FMCG Company managing accounts and relationships.

 


This position requires a passionate and dedicated professional to build strong relationships with our key account customers. You have an aptitude to develop new customer relationship. The role required a strongly motivated person that can meet customer’s expectations and be able to take a hands-on approach to provide customer proposals and solutions. The Key Account Manager has a positive attitude to deal with people and the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining work priorities.  You will require highly developed account management and commercial skills, aligned with a clear understanding of the dynamics associated with the activity. You are reactive, diplomatic and assertive.
